✔️ We offer everything from tai-chi style ZenFit classes, to dance-based Barre™, to higher-intensity Springwall™, and full body workouts in TotalTone.

✔️ All our group exercise classes are capped to under 12 people, ensuring modifications to suit any fitness level can be made.

✔️ Our experienced instructors will guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique to maximise results.

✔️ Check out our guide to our class levels; but remember everyone is welcome to try any class!
